Plainview/Hale County Crimestoppers

Crime of the Week

                                For Release Sunday June 1, 2014

The Plainview/Hale County Crimestoppers Committee will pay a reward of up to $350 to anyone with information that will lead to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for the following crime.

On 05/24/2014 someone entered 307 N Date and took 32” flat screen TV

On 05/21/2014 someone entered 1500 N Date and took a china cabinet, GE washer and dryer, and an air compressor.

On 05/21/2014 someone entered 702 Amarillo and took a water heater.

On 05/19/2014 someone entered 605 N Columbia and took a 32” Samsung TV, and a 39” Panasonic TV.

On 05/19/2014 someone entered Nena’s Burritos and took several miscellaneous items.

On 05/15/2014 someone entered 1615 Kokomo and took a 42” Vizio TV, 32” Vizio TV, a microwave oven, and a mini refrigerator. 

On 05/14/2014 someone entered 600 E 16th and took a 32”Element TV, and a Samsung Galaxy tablet.

On 05/14/2014 someone entered 1204 Galveston and took a 50” LG TV, a 19” LG TV, and a CD player. 

Fugitives:  Crimestoppers will pay a reward of up to $250 for information that leads to the arrest of the following persons.  A warrant has been issued for their arrest.  Callers can contact the Hale County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Division at 296-2724 or contact the Crimestoppers Hotline.

Ray Velez, 23, Hispanic male is wanted for burglary of a habitation.

Silverio Delgado-Gutierrez, 65, Hispanic male is wanted for arson.

Ruben Castillo, 55, Hispanic male is wanted for possession of controlled substance.

Brian Martin Aguilar, 28, Hispanic male is wanted for arson and assault.

Ramon Esqueda Gonzales, 40, Hispanic male is wanted for indecency with a child.

Anyone having information on the above crimes or any other crimes occurring in Plainview or Hale County can contact the Crimestoppers Hotline at 293-8477 (293-TIPS).  All calls will be confidential.

On 05/15/2014 someone entered 1615 Kokomo and took a 42” Vizio TV, 32” Vizio TV, a microwave oven, and a mini refrigerator. 

On 05/14/2014 someone entered 600 E 16th and took a 32”Element TV, and a Samsung Galaxy tablet.

On 05/14/2014 someone entered 1204 Galveston and took a 50” LG TV, a 19” LG TV, and a CD player. 

On 05/01/2014 someone entered Hibbett sports, located at 3405 Olton Rd.  Several other businesses in the immediate area were also entered and vandalized. An undisclosed amount of property was taken. 

On 05/02/2014 someone took a coin operated machine from the car wash, located at 607 W. 5th.
